Giveaway: Tweenz Hair Care Products

When I was contacted about doing a review and giveaway for Tweenz Natural Hair Care products I was super excited.  I’m always trying out new products and doing reviews for myself, it’s about time I got to do the same for Regan.  After all, I put just as much care into her hair, so I should put just as much effort into finding great products for her to use.

The Tweenz products are geared toward children and teens.  The packaging is great with bright colors and pictures.  Before I actually used them on Regan, I opened a bottle to sneak a sniff.  It smelled great and I was super excited to try them out.

First I used the shampoo.  Again, it had a great scent.  It lathered up and rinsed out quite easily.  I prefer shampoos that don’t lather, but when doing Regan’s hair I actually like the lather.  I only have a few minutes before she flips out so I need to work fast.  Having the suds helps me know I’ve rinsed her hair thoroughly.

After the shampooing, Regan’s hair felt clean and smelled great.  Next I applied the leave-in conditioner.  The leave-in also smelled great, but it was a little thinner than I like.  The third product, a moisturizing spray and conditioner, helped round out the routine.  Using the leave-in and the spray, I easily combed through and styled Regan’s hair.

I am happy to have tried out some new products on Regan’s hair.  I think the shampoo is definitely a keeper.  I’ll decide on the other two products after I’ve used them a couple more times.  I want to make sure her hair retains moisture after the first day.

Now is your chance to try out Tweenz products on your daughter’s hair!

Please leave a comment telling me your favorite way to style your daughter’s hair.

Winner will be chosen at random on Friday, November 2nd at 600pm.

My three year old loves her hair in cornrolls and lots of breads!

Her favorite is ponytails with bows. My favorites are twists & braids with beads. Quick & easy styling makes the morning routine simpler.

  3. Kerry says:

right now flat twists are the way to go for us. it’s hard finding products that retain moisture in her hair.

  4. Krissy says:

My favorite way to style my daughters hair is a side pony poof. I love it. Jas loves anything I do to her hair.

  5. Nerd Girl says:

Our favorite style is parted off and twisted – usually about 16 twists – she can wear it down or up in a ponytail. Lasts about a week, easy peasy!

    Thanks!

  6. As a mother of 2 teen girls and an 20 month old daughter, I’m limited to favorite hairstyles because well the teens do their own hair. My favorite hairstyle for the baby is usually whatever is easiest to do.

My daughter Camille loves it when I style her hair in french braids.

Big 2 strand twists all over, then 2/3 big pony tails with the twists loose.

3 ponytail puffs for my 2 year old.

Pineapple braids – braids that meet in the center, then put in a ponytail for a pretty bun.

I have 2 little ones 3&4. my 3 yo likes wash and go so she can see her curls, but I like to keep her hair plaitted to retain moistures hehe she’s a little diva.
my other one told me to cut her in twa like grandma so she can just rub her hands in it so I usually put hers in a high bun away from her LOL
