My mom has mentioned on more than one occasion that she wished she had the pics on her camera printed. She’s not a snap and download kind of photographer. She’s a snap and keep every.single.picture for years kinda gal.
After the holidays she left her camera here because she didn’t have the room in her luggage. I was thrilled because I now had free access to her camera/pictures, and with her upcoming birthday I now had an awesome birthday gift! The problem- my mom had 1,500 pictures on her memory card. Fifteen-hundred!
Yesterday I spent quite a bit of time sorting through the pics, determinging which ones to print. Did I mention my mom never deleted anything? So accidental shots of the couch, blurry closeups of my cousins and random pics of Regan yawning are all still on there. Oh, and pics from Regan birth. Y’all my momma has pics of my lady parts on camera! DELETE DELETE DELETE!!!
On the plus side I found a few hidden gems. Pics of my grandmother before she got sick. There are so many of them that I just keep scrolling through and looking at her beautiful face.
Before I didn’t think I had any good pics of Regan with her great-grandmother, but now I have a few I’ll be printing and keeping for myself.
I had a good giggle about the pics of the lady parts. I’m glad you found pics of your grandmother though. Jay missed out on three of her four great grands
